There is a variety of people who call Jake during the beginning of the night. Only 2 have been revealed so far.

Greg is the name of the man who calls you on Night 1. He seems to be a little more professional than Lisa, and he may be a higher-up in the SSA.

Lisa is the name of the woman who calls you on Night 2. She seems to be slightly nicer than Greg, and is also a member of the SSA.
